If you receive items you're not happy with, the distance selling regulations state you can return them within 7 days (at your own cost) for a full refund. An emailed description of the reason for return and accompanying photographs needs to be sent to chantellelockhart@yahoo.co.uk prior to sending any item back.
Please note I am not responsible for any damage to returned items. If there is damage (excluding any reported above) and the item is not able to be resold a new item will not be posted or you will be charged for the damaged item.
I reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale from our website, and also to completely discontinue any item. This may be caused by a problem with suppliers or other third parties, and therefore, there may be a delay from when the decision is made, to the item being removed from sale. If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue, a refund for that sole item will be offered.
